Designed with “non-stop” packing in mind, allowing you to pack up to 60 sachets every minute, our revolutionary DAA packaging machines ensure that your business stays agile and competitive, automating numerous repetitive and labour-intensive tasks including tablet cutting, sachet resizing and drug canister replacement.
Some of the advantages of our Yuyama range include:
- Non-stop Packing. The cylinder is brought to the front automatically when medication is running low, eliminating the need to stop the packaging process for a refill.
- RFID Chip Technology. All drug canisters use an RFID chip to identify the medication regardless of which slot is being used.
- Barcode Scanning. Drug type is recognised using a 2-step scanning process to ensure the correct medication is being dispensed every single time.
- Automated Tablet Cutting. Tablets can be cut in half during the packaging process, saving precious resources needed to manually cut medication and fill canisters on competitors’ machines.
- Automated Sachet Resizing. Alter the size of the pouch based on how many tablets are being packed to reduce wastage and lower costs of raw materials.
- Universal Canisters. Can be quickly adjusted by your staff to suit different medications meaning that if you need to use a medication you don’t have a canister for you don’t need to pack it manually.
- Pen-liner. Automatically lines each sachet with one of four colours based on dose time.
