Phil Offer

Chief Executive Officer

Phil is CEO of BESTMED and leads the vision to transform medication management for patients by connecting prescribers, pharmacies and providers. Phil has worked in digital health for over 10 years with executive roles in primary care software (MedicalDirector), chronic disease management (George Institute for Global Health) and telehealth (My Emergency Doctor). Prior to BESTMED, Phil worked in the telecoms industry for 16 years in marketing, finance and product roles. He is passionate about enabling his teams to deeply understand the customer and find sustainable ways to improve the way they work. Phil is a Chartered Accountant (UK) and has a Master of Arts from Cambridge University.

AMIR SINANOVIC

Director of Sales

As the Director of Sales at BESTMED, Amir is passionate about driving growth and excellence in the aged care industry. With over 25 years of commercial experience, he has cultivated a results-driven team that is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to our clients. With a focus on fostering innovation and collaboration to deliver tailored medication management solutions that meet the unique needs of our many customers. Sam Hijazi

Head of Business Services / Pharmacist

Sam is an expert in Pharmaceuticals specifically for the Residential Aged Care Sector. With over 15 years experience as a pharmacy owner, operating multiple successful businesses, he provides a specialised customised aged care service. Working closely alongside Aged Care clinicians and leaders, Sam ensures positive outcomes are achieved for consumers and their medication management. Amanda Fieldhouse

National Clinical Executive

A healthcare professional with over thirty years of experience, Amanda’s knowledge spans both the Health and Aged Care sectors at senior management level in both the private and public sectors. A qualified RN, Amanda has previously managed multiple residential aged care facilities, hospitals and prior to joining BESTMED held the role of VIC/TAS State Manager with LASA. Amanda’s warmth, industry understanding and most importantly, her genuine passion for aged care staff and residents, drive her to find ways to deliver improved outcomes. Kirstie Galloway Smith

Client Services Manager

As Client Services Manager, Kirstie is responsible for implementing BESTMED into pharmacies and aged care homes, as well as overseeing the support team. Kirstie has over ten years of delivering successful outcomes in projects within the healthcare industry. She joined the BESTMED team in 2018 and has implemented the BESTMED system into over 600 aged care homes and over 200 pharmacies. Kirstie is driven by achieving successful implementations for our customer’s companies and ensuring BESTMED enables our new customers to improve their high level of resident care.
